The Lew Williams Center for Early Learning in a Model Preschool created to be a teaching site for the St. Petersburg Community. The center is NAEYC accredited with low teacher/child ratios. Our preschool concentrates its efforts on eliminating the school readiness achievement gap by providing quality early programs. The center was named after Lew Williams, a Pinellas County School Board member whose dream was to provide quality early childhood education for all children. We strongly believe in creating an inclusive school family environment. This is demonstrated through our approaches to curriculum, social/emotional well-being, and mealtimes.
